1/ Clarity Raises $16M in Seed Funding led by Walden Catalyst Ventures and Bessemer Venture Partners
Per the company’s press release, "Clarity enables organizations to rapidly identify and immunize from deepfakes and synthetic media created by generative AI."
Bessemer Venture Partners is on a roll! They also led the $31M Series B investment in Incognia last month
2/ Sumsub Unveils Deepfake Detection in Video Identification
Sumsub announced it has integrated hashtag#deepfake detection into its real-time hashtag#videoidentification solution

3/ EQ Bank | Equitable Bank Partners With Trulioo for Identity Document and Biometric Verification
Trulioo announced its partnership with EQ Bank to provide hashtag#identitydocument and #biometric verification
Per the press, Canada-based EQ Bank leveraged Trulioo Workflow Studio – their no-code, drag-and-drop workflow builder for #IDV
4/ Dark Reading: Bank of America Warns Customers of Data Leak in Third-Party Breach
Over 57,000 customers were affected in the breach, the attack also exposed sensitive data — including the combination of names or other personal identifiers along with #ssns
5/ Data Zoo appoints new CEO
Data Zoo, an Australian provider of hashtag#idv solutions announced it appointed Charlie Minutella as its new Chief Executive, effective this month
Minutella will be based in their hashtag#NewYork office, most recently he was with LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) where he held several roles, including leading the hashtag#Refinitiv division
