2/ Shield Screening Partners with Cerebrum

Shield Screening announced a strategic partnership with Cerebrum to offer augmented identity verification services to Shield Screening's clients

3/ The Verge: Florida’s digital ID app has suddenly disappeared

According to a statement on the state’s website:

"The Florida Smart ID applications will be updated and improved by a new vendor. At this time, the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles is removing the current Florida Smart ID application from the app store"

Google searches reveal previous app was powered by Thales - no word on the new vendor

4/ WIRED: Priscila, Queen of the Rideshare Mafia

This article dives into the seedy world of #accountrenting & #credentialsharing in the #gigeconomy

5/ WIRED: The $11 Billion Marketplace Enabling the Crypto Scam Economy

Another Wired article, different scam exposé:

"Deepfake scam services. Victim data. Electrified shackles for human trafficking. Crypto tracing firm Elliptic found all were available for sale on an online marketplace linked to Cambodia’s ruling family."

This one hits on "pig butchering" scams that result in theft of tens of billions of dollars a year and destroying families in the process
